Safeguarding

This page contains information about safeguarding in the Parish.  It is primarily a place where those in the parish can find links to the necessary forms/information.  If you have any concerns about safeguarding in the Parish, please email the Parish Safeguarding Adviser.

Contact number for reporting Safeguarding concerns to the Diocese

Alternatively there is a contact number for reporting safeguarding concerns to the Diocese. Please contact them at safeguarding@cofeguildford.org.uk  or 01483 790379.

Calls will then be diverted to the Head of Safeguarding, DSA, and Safeguarding Caseworker depending on who is available at the time. Further communications will be sent to parish safeguarding officers and the website will be updated to reflect the change.  Once this is up and running incumbents and PSOs will be requested to update their speed dial contacts accordingly.

Each year the PCC pass the Parish Safeguarding Policy as provided by the Diocese:  https://www.cofeguildford.org.uk/about/safeguarding/safeguarding-policy
