We have plenty of space to hire at the three churches. Whether you are looking for a large space for a band, a group or a party, a room for a small class or meeting, or your own office space, we have rooms to suit you. At each of the churches there are three spaces available to hire (all sizes are approximate).

St George’s, Badshot Lea

Main hall: 11.5 x 6m.
Church: 17 x 11.2m (including choir stalls).
The Haven: 4 x 6m. This is ideal for business meetings, counselling, individual working, or as an extension to the main hall.

The church can fit up to 250 people standing or 200 in rows and the hall up to 120 standing or 90 in rows.

There is a  well equipped kitchen and a large car park for use by anyone hiring St George’s.

St John’s, Hale

The church: 20 x 14m with an additional 5 x 6m in the chancel).
The Sumner Room: 7 x 3.5m.
The Ark: 5.5 x 4m. This is ideal for meetings or office space.

The church can fit up to 350 seated in rows and the Sumner Room can fit around 35 people standing or approximately 20 seated around tables.

There is a small kitchenette available. Parking is in the layby off the Hale Road (near Daniele Restaurant).

St Mark’s, Upper Hale

The Community Centre: 11 x 5m.
The church: 17.8 x 8.5m with an additional raised platform where 5 x 4m is accessible.
The office: 4 x 3.75m.  This can be hire out for either sole or shared use.

 The centre can accommodate up to 50 people standing or 35 seated; the church can accommodate up to 350 people standing or 250 seated in rows.

There is a kitchen and a car park available to hirers of the building.

Prices for rooms at all three churches start at £10 an hour depending on room size, and there are whole-day rates, weekly rates.
