There is no doubt about it – this is a tough time, more than tough for many.
Even if you are having a relatively smooth ride – a safe home with good relationships, no redundancy, no illness – you may be suffering from anxiety or low mood. It’s hardly surprising and we shouldn’t beat ourselves up about it.
